Hmm. It seems that either your browser does not support frames, or you have them disabled. The PC Guide makes extensive use of frames to facilitate easier navigation through the site. The PC Guide site uses a hierarchical structure of pages. The general rule of thumb is that the information on the site is displayed in the "Contents" frame, called "C", while the links deeper into the structure are in the "Index" frame, called "I".
